How many people does Bigza feed?

Accepted Answer

ONE Bigza can be cut into up to 200 small slices. We recommend 150 slices for around 60 guests, but it can serve larger events too—especially when there’s other food, it’s a late-night snack, or there are lots of kids. And with 200 slices, up to 200 guests can grab a piece!

Where do you serve?

We serve events throughout South Florida. Travel within 25 miles of Boca Raton is included. For events farther away, we'll give you the additional travel cost before you book.

How much space do you need?

We typically need approximately a 10' × 10' flat, safe and accessible area for our setup. Not sure if your space works? Send us a photo.

What happens if it rains?

A little South Florida rain doesn't necessarily stop a Bigza. We require a safe, covered area to operate. Severe weather, high winds or unsafe conditions may require us to adjust the event plan.

Question 5

How long do you stay?

Once Bigza is ready, we slice and serve it fresh. Service continues until the pizza is gone or for a maximum of 90 minutes, whichever comes first. Setup and breakdown are outside the serving time.

Do you bake the pizza at my event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. That's the whole point. Your Bigza is prepared and baked fresh on-site while your guests watch.

Can I choose my toppings?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Choose one of our favorites or mix and match our available toppings to create your own Bigza. Available toppings include fresh basil, pepperoni, ham, pineapple, meatballs, Italian sausage, mushrooms, pesto and Hot Honey. Tomato sauce and mozzarella are included as the base and don't count as toppings.

Do cheese and tomato sauce count as toppings?

No. Cheese and tomato sauce are the base of the pizza and do not count toward your topping selection.

What about food allergies?

Bigza uses shared preparation and cooking equipment, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Question 10

How do I reserve my date?

Accepted Answer

Click BOOK YOUR EVENT and send us your event details. Once availability is confirmed, we will hold your date for up to 72 hours. A 20% deposit secures your booking.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible. Bigza can currently serve only one event at a time, so popular weekends and holidays may fill quickly.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Accepted Answer

Not at this time. Bigza is currently made with our traditional dough and mozzarella. We do not currently offer gluten-free crust or vegan cheese. We keep our menu simple so we can focus on doing one thing really well — making one BIG pizza for your event.
