Hi, I'm Michele, but everyone calls me Mick.
I grew up in Italy, where food was never just about eating. My parents owned restaurants and hotels near Venice, and from an early age I learned that the best memories are made around a table, surrounded by family, friends, and incredible food.
That passion eventually brought me to South Florida, where I now live with my wife Linda and our two boys, Leonardo and Luca.
When I moved here, I realized something.
Americans love pizza just as much as Italians do.
But party pizza almost always arrives the same way: stacked in cardboard boxes, getting colder by the minute.
I knew there had to be a better way.
Not just better pizza.
A better experience.
So I went back to Italy and partnered with a master artisan in Udine to build something that had never been built before.
Our oven was handcrafted from scratch exclusively for Bigza. It is the only one of its kind in the world.
That oven became the heart of Bigza and made it possible to create America's Biggest Round Pizza, baked fresh right at your event.
