Terms & Conditions
Bigza Events LLC — Last updated 2026-10-07
Booking & Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to secure an event date and time.
An event is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and Bigza has confirmed the booking.
The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
For complimentary or promotional events, no deposit or payment is required; however, all other applicable Terms & Conditions remain in effect.
Payments may be made by Zelle, bank transfer, cash, or check at no additional cost. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee, which is added to the amount charged.
Event Details & Changes
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event address, requested serving time, estimated number of guests, venue requirements, and any access restrictions.
Any significant changes to the event date, time, location, guest count, or requested services must be communicated to Bigza as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
Changes that materially affect the event may result in additional charges.
Venue, Permissions & Location
For events held at the Client's private property, the Client confirms that they have authority to allow Bigza to operate at the property.
For any event taking place somewhere other than the Client's private property—including HOA communities, parks, clubhouses, businesses, schools, rented venues, event spaces, or public property—the Client is solely responsible for booking the location and obtaining all necessary permissions, approvals, reservations, permits, or authorizations required by the property owner, venue, HOA, municipality, or other responsible party.
Bigza is not responsible if access or service is denied because the Client did not properly reserve the location or obtain the required permission.
Any venue fees, parking fees, permit fees, reservation fees, or similar charges are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Access & Setup
The Client must provide reasonable and safe access to the event location for Bigza's vehicle and equipment.
Bigza requires sufficient space and a reasonably level and safe area to set up and operate its cooking equipment.
The Client must inform Bigza in advance of stairs, gates, elevators, restricted vehicle access, long equipment-carrying distances, parking restrictions, security checkpoints, or other conditions that may affect setup.
If Bigza cannot safely or reasonably access the agreed setup location, Bigza may choose an alternative suitable location at the property or may be unable to provide service.
Serving Time
Bigza's standard serving period is up to 60 minutes, beginning at the agreed serving time, or until the pizza prepared for the event has been served, whichever occurs first.
At the end of the 60-minute serving period, Bigza will conclude service and begin packing and leaving the event.
The Client is responsible for ensuring guests are informed of the serving time and are available to receive food during the scheduled service period.
Additional service time is not guaranteed and must be agreed to by Bigza.
Arrival, Traffic & Delays
Bigza makes reasonable efforts to arrive with sufficient time to set up and begin serving at the agreed time.
However, traffic accidents, road closures, construction, severe congestion, major events, festivals, sporting events, parades, emergency activity, or other unexpected transportation conditions may cause delays.
Traffic conditions related to major events or unusual circumstances may be considered circumstances outside Bigza's reasonable control.
Bigza will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays to the Client and begin service as soon as reasonably possible.
Bigza is not responsible for consequential losses or expenses resulting from delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Weather & Safety
Because Bigza cooks on-site using specialized equipment, weather and environmental conditions may affect safe operation.
Bigza reserves the right to delay, pause, relocate, modify, reschedule, or discontinue service if lightning, heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, hurricanes, extreme weather, or other unsafe conditions make setup or operation unsafe.
Safety decisions regarding Bigza's equipment and operation are made by Bigza.
Whenever reasonably possible, Bigza will work with the Client to find an appropriate alternative solution.
Pizza, Portions & Guest Counts
The number of portions and guests served may vary depending on slice size, appetite, event type, and how the pizza is divided.
Any advertised or discussed number of slices is an estimate and is not a guarantee that a specific number of guests will be fully fed.
The Client is responsible for determining whether the amount of food ordered is appropriate for their event and expected guest count.
Menu & Toppings
Menu selections and toppings should be confirmed before the event.
Bigza will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed menu. Ingredient availability or circumstances outside Bigza's control may occasionally require reasonable substitutions.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
The Client is responsible for notifying Bigza in advance of known food allergies or dietary requirements relevant to the event.
Bigza handles ingredients that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat/gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens.
Although reasonable care is taken, Bigza cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or guarantee that cross-contact will not occur.
Guests with severe food allergies should make their own informed decision regarding consumption.
Children, Guests & Equipment Safety
Bigza uses hot cooking equipment, propane, moving equipment, and other items that may present a hazard if improperly approached or handled.
Guests must not touch, move, operate, or interfere with Bigza's cooking equipment.
Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult while near the Bigza setup.
Bigza reserves the right to temporarily stop service if guests interfere with equipment or create an unsafe operating environment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The 30% deposit reserves the Client's event date and time.
If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule, Bigza should be notified as early as possible.
Bigza will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request to move the booking to another available date. Any rescheduled date is subject to availability.
If the Client cancels the event within 24 hours of the scheduled event time, all payments already made are non-refundable.
If Bigza must cancel an event and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduled date acceptable to the Client, any amount paid for services not provided will be refunded.
Damage & Client/Guest Conduct
The Client is responsible for damage to Bigza equipment caused by the Client, their guests, venue staff, or other persons attending the event through misuse, intentional conduct, or unauthorized handling.
Bigza is responsible for damage directly caused by Bigza's negligent operation, subject to applicable law.
Bigza reserves the right to discontinue service if threatening, abusive, dangerous, illegal, or unsafe conduct occurs at the event.
Photos & Marketing
Bigza may ask permission to photograph or record its pizza, equipment and setup during an event for promotional purposes.
Bigza will make reasonable efforts not to use identifiable images of the Client or their guests for advertising without appropriate permission.
For events involving children, Bigza will not intentionally use identifiable images of children for promotional purposes without appropriate consent.
Events Outside Bigza's Control
Bigza will not be considered in breach of its obligations when performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, flooding, fire, accidents, major traffic incidents, road closures, major public events, government restrictions, utility failures, emergencies, or other force majeure events.
Bigza will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the Client and, where practical, offer an alternative or rescheduled service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bigza will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from an event.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any services provided by Bigza Events LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Acceptance
By paying the required deposit, electronically accepting these Terms & Conditions, signing an event agreement, or otherwise confirming services with Bigza, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
